The agreement between you and Allurix Jewellery when you shop with us online or in store.

1. Who we are, and your agreement

Allurix Jewellery (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells fine jewellery online at this website and at our physical store in Singapore. By browsing this website, placing an order, or purchasing in store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or make a purchase.

2. Our products

• Every piece is one of a kind unless stated otherwise — once sold, it's no longer available, and the listing will be removed or marked sold.
• Gold pieces are priced daily against the live gold market rate. The price shown at the time you complete your order is the price that applies to that order and will not change afterwards, even if the gold price moves before delivery or collection.
• We describe gold karat, weight, gemstones and certification to the best of our knowledge. Weights and measurements shown are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade or natural nature of the materials.
• Product photos are taken to represent each piece as accurately as possible, but actual colour and finish may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.

3. Orders and payment

An order is only confirmed once we have received payment in full and sent you an order confirmation. We accept payment by credit/debit card and the following buy-now-pay-later and e-wallet services:

• GrabPay and GrabPay Later
• SPayLater (ShopeePay)
• Atome

These payment methods are provided by their respective third-party operators, not by Allurix Jewellery. When you choose one of these methods, your agreement for that instalment plan or e-wallet payment is with that provider, subject to their own terms, fees and credit assessment — we are not a lender and have no visibility into or control over that assessment. We only receive confirmation that payment has been made; we do not receive or store your card, bank or BNPL account details.

Because each piece is one of a kind, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order if the item has already sold (for example, through our physical store) before we can confirm it to you online.

4. Delivery

• We currently deliver within Singapore. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
• Given the value of the goods, deliveries may require a signature on receipt, and we may use a tracked or insured courier service for higher-value pieces.
• Risk in the goods (for example, loss or damage in transit) passes to you once the piece is delivered to the address you provided, or collected in store. Please inspect your piece on delivery or collection and let us know immediately if anything looks wrong.
• Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct — we're not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details you've provided.
• You're welcome to collect your order in person at our physical store instead of having it delivered; let us know at checkout or by contacting us.

5. Returns, exchanges and cancellations

• Because each piece is one of a kind and individually priced against the day's gold rate, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order is confirmed.
• If a piece arrives faulty, materially not as described, or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery or collection and we will repair, replace or refund it at our discretion.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned once worn, unless faulty.
• Ring resizing, where offered, is arranged separately with us after purchase and may involve an additional charge depending on the piece and the amount of resizing required.
• Certificates of authenticity or gemstone certification, where provided, apply to the piece as sold and described at the time of purchase.

6. In-store purchases

If you purchase in person at our physical store, these terms apply in the same way, except that sections 3 and 4 (online payment methods and delivery) apply only if you also ask us to deliver your purchase rather than take it with you.

7. Your account

If you create an account to shop with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details and device secure, and for activity that takes place through your account. Tell us at hello@allurix.sg promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

8. Acceptable use of this website

You agree not to:

• use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including placing an order with no intention of paying, or with stolen payment details;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt this website or its security;
• copy, scrape or harvest content or data except as normally allowed by a browser;
• upload or send content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful.

9. Content and intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, product photography, designs, logos and branding — belongs to Allurix or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and use it for your personal, non-commercial use only, and may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

We use third-party services such as payment and BNPL processors (GrabPay, GrabPay Later, SPayLater, Atome), WhatsApp (messaging), courier partners and analytics providers. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under Singapore law.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill; and our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs we incur arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its last updated date. Continuing to use this website or place orders after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 or other laws that cannot be excluded.
